Ms. Pawar tenders a letter dated 27/9/2021 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Ms. Pawar states that petitioner would apply to the Competent Authority as per the provisions of Circular No.9/2015 dated 9/6/2015 for condoning delay in filing the returns electronically and in that application petitioner will explain the reason as to why it could not file return earlier. Ms. Pawar submits that this application will be filed within one week from today.

Competent Authority shall decide the application within 2 weeks of receiving the same and if the Competent Authority is satisfied with the explanation for delay offered by petitioner, Competent Authority shall while condoning the delay, grant atleast two weeks time to file return electronically.

In Writ Petition Nos.1828/2021 and Writ Petition No.2973/2021 which are not on board, Ms. Pawar states that the petitioner would file condonation of delay application in these two petitions as well. Directions contained in Writ Petition No.1820/2021 to apply in aforesaid two petitions also.
