The permission granted for opening new primary and secondary school for the academic year 2006-2007 to the Petitioners was cancelled by the impugned order dated 5 th December, 2006. Considering the passage of time and change in policy of the Government we dispose of the Petition by passing following order:

ORDER

In the event the Respondents intend to proceed against the Petitioners on the basis of the impugned notice dated 21 st July, 2006 they will give advance intimation of eight weeks to the Petitioners. Rule discharged.
