The counsel for the defendant states that the affidavit in reply is ready and was affirmed yesterday evening at 4:30 p.m. and on instructions, states states that a copy of the affidavit in reply will be served upon the advocate for the plaintiff during the course of today. Should the plaintiff wish to file an affidavit in rejoinder, the same to be filed and copy served on or before 30.07.2015. Stand over to 5.08.2015 for hearing.

The counsel for the plaintiff is pressing for cost for today's adjournment. The defendant to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as costs consolidated for all the three suits altogether. The cheque to be drawn in favour of the advocate for the plaintiff and the same to be handed over to the advocate for the plaintiff on or before 25.07.2015.
