The two Plaintiffs and 1st Defendant are the principal disputants. They have drawn up Consent Minutes of the Order which will dispose of the entire Suit.

I have seen the Consent Minutes, which are signed by the two Plaintiffs, their Advocate, the 1st Defendant and her Advocate. The Constituted Attorney of the two Plaintiffs as also the 1st Defendant are personally present in Court. The Consent Minutes of Order are in order. They are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

There are two blanks in paragraph 10 and 16, which I have filled in myself in red ink. The exercise of inventory of the flat in 4th October 2016

921-S740-14.DOC question and various items in that flat is to be completed by the Court Receiver within a period of eight weeks from today. In paragraph 16, I have allowed a period of six months for sale of the flat. The parties and the Court Receiver will be at liberty to apply at any stage.

The Suit is disposed of in these terms. Refund of court fee, if any, in accordance with the Rules.

Drawn up order/decree dispensed with. However, should the parties require such a drawn up order/decree, it will be drawn in accordance with these Consent Minutes and this order and the parties will be entitled to apply for the same without being required to make a fresh application to the Court and on production of an authenticated copy of this order.
