The Petitioner has filed this Petition seeking a direction to Respondents to allot him a permanent alternate accommodation. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 submits that the permanent alternate accommodation shall be allotted to the Petitioner within a period of eight weeks. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.5, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.5 to allot permanent alternate accommodation to the Petitioner as per his VRD 1/2

WP1711.15 entitlement within eight weeks from today. With the aforesaid direction, Petition is disposed off.
