Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By this Chamber Summons, the applicant is seeking to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition No.605 of 2015 in view of the subsequent development. 3.
Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and affidavit filed in support of the V.B.Gokhale
904-chsw-199-19 chamber summons, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this chamber summons. Hence, the following order.
a) Chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus:
"(a) that, the Applicants/Petitioners above named be granted leave and be permitted to amend the Petition in the present Writ Petition as set forth in Schedule '
A' annexed hereto and to make such other consequential amendments as may be deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."
b) Amendment to be carried out on or before 10/01/2020 with copy of amended writ petition to other side.
c) Liberty is granted to the respondents, if they so desire, to file their additional affidavit in reply to amended Writ Petition with copy to other side.
d) Chamber summons stands disposed of accordingly.
e) No order as to costs.
