INTERIM APPLICATION NO. 2869 OF 2022 1.

This Interim Application is taken out by petitioner for leave to amend the petition to bring on record certain facts which came to light after the petition was filed. Ms. Omle states that since the petition is yet to be admitted the court may allow the amendment with liberty to respondent to file further affidavit in reply to oppose the petition. 2.

Therefore, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - (a). Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to be served within two weeks. Further affidavit in reply to be filed and copy served within four weeks of receiving the amended petition. 3.

Interim Application No. 2869 of 2022 stands disposed. 4.

Stand over to 25th June 2024.
