These two appeals arise from a common impugned order dated 5th April, 2013 relating to Assessment Years 2006-07 and 2005-06. 2.

Mr. Mistri, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant in both these appeals seek to withdraw them. This in view of the order passed today in Revenue's Appeals being Income Tax Appeal Nos. 158 of 2014 and 213 of 2014, by which the Revenue's appeals have been dismissed as withdrawn.
