CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.778 OF 2018 Mr. Sugadare, counsel for applicant states that he is only pressing for prayer clause - (a) and prayer clause - (b) he will raise at the appropriate stage in appropriate proceedings. Mr. Sawant states that prayer clause - (b) cannot be granted at this stage and applicant may raise the same at their own convenience. Mr. Sawant states that he has no objection for grant of prayer clause - (a). In the circumstances, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a). Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within four weeks from today.
