By this Chamber Summons, the applicant has prayed for recalling the order dated 21st January, 2013 passed in Testamentary Petition No. 622 2011 after condoning delay of 1591 days in taking out Chamber Summons as also for amending the Petition as shown in the schedule.

Ms. Putta states that all objections have been removed and after restoration of the Petition, they will take necessary steps
