In the writ petition, the petitioner's main relief is against the private respondent no. 3. We are afraid that we cannot grant any relief in this petition against the private respondents. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy against the respondents in accordance with the law.
