Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners tendered copies of the documents which evidence registration with Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) in terms of Regulation 52(1) of Adoption Regulations 2017 and copy of birth certificate of the biological child of the petitioners. 3.
The copies of the documents evidencing registration and birth certificate are taken on record.

In the context of the petition, the Court is of the view that interaction with the child, who is 12 years of age, would facilitate the Court to arrive at a just decision.

Hence, the petitioners shall keep the child present for interaction either in-person or through video conference, on 10th February 2021. 6.
