1] The Official Liquidator has taken possession of the property of the Company in liquidation, situated at Pune on 23.06.2023, whereas, on 30.05.2023, the Official Liquidator has taken possession of the property, in possession of the company in liquidation, situated at Village Indrad, Taluka Kadi, District Mehsana, Gujarat. Since the liquidation intend to proceed with the sale of the properties, as preliminary stage, he seek permission to appoint a panel valuer to assess the valuation of the properties and to make payment of 1/2

(7)OLR-88-2023.doc the valuation charges as per the bill raised by the Valuer, from the Common Pool Fund (Office Expenses Account), subject to reimbursement alongwith the interest at the rate of 9% p.a. as and when funds will be available to the credit of the Company in liquidation. Police assistance is also sought for carrying out the exercise of valuation of the property for the visits of the Official Liquidator to the property in Gujarat.

2] Since the aforesaid exercise is a necessary step in the process of liquidation, the reliefs as prayed for in the OLR are granted. In the wake of above, OLR No.88/2023 is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
