Parties have settled their dispute. There shall be an order and decree in terms of the consent terms signed by the parties and their Advocates.

The Advocates identify the signatures of their respective clients. The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Refund of Court fee as per rules.

All interim applications are disposed off accordingly. 5.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court shall allow the withdrawal of the amounts as per the consent terms.
