The parties have settled their disputes. Consent terms are tendered. These are drawn in the Suit, and seek a decree in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the Advocates for the Plaintiffs and Advocates for Defendants Nos. 1, 2, and 3, as also by the Plaintiff and Defendants Nos. 1 to 5. Defendant No. 5 is the Plaintiff's son. The Plaintiff and Defendants Nos. 2 to 4 are personally present in Court. Defendant No. 1, because of her age, is unable to remain present in Court.

The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.
