By virtue of the observations made in the order dated 11th August 2014 passed by this Court, which itself records that the petitioner has not been able to satisfy the Court that the show cause notice is without jurisdiction, and the stage at which the matter has been brought, this Court is reluctant to interfere.

Since the show cause notice is yet to be adjudicated and all contentions kept open, we do not think that this Writ Petition should be entertained. It is dismissed by clarifying that all contentions of the parties are kept open.
