Having heard learned counsel and learned AGP for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to dispose of petitioner's appeal No.231 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept Digitally signed by Shubhada Shankar Kadam Date:
