Six weeks period expired on 21.11.2016. Ms.Meenakshi Iyer appearing for the defendant states that the defendant is not in a position to deposit the amount. She also states that no appeal has been preferred and there is no stay.

In the circumstances, the plaintiff is entitled to a decree and the suit stands decreed accordingly.

The counsel for the plaintiff states that cost be imposed on KJ
