Perused the Report of the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 13-012016. The amount of Rs.20,79,881/- lying with the Reserve Bank of India in the Personal Ledger Account of the Office, is directed to be invested in a fixed deposit of a Nationalized Bank for a period of 91 days.

The learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs had filed documents listed at Item Nos.1 to 43 in the Index of Compilation of Documents which was tendered along with the documents. Since the Defendant has passed away, at the request of the learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs, office is directed to hand over the original documents to the Advocate for the Plaintiffs upon the Advocate for the Plaintiffs handing over photostat copies of the said documents duly certified by them as true copies. After the expiry of the period of 91 days if the fixed deposit is required to be ssp 1/2

s 2587 of 2012 (921).sxw renewed, Office shall seek necessary directions from the appropriate Court. In view of this order, the learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs seeks to withdraw the above Suit. The Suit is disposed as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules. Liberty to apply.
