1] Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent corporation to proceed with the matter strictly in accordance with the procedure contemplated so far as unauthorised construction, if any, put up by the respondents as well as unauthorised construction beyond the sanctioned plan, if any. The said exercise has to be done after issuing notice to the interested parties / concerned parties strictly adhering to the procedure contemplated.

2] In view of disposal of the writ petition, chamber summons does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
