This for the reason that the tax effect involved in this Appeal is less under the threshold limit provided in the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) Circular No.390 dated 22 August 2019. We have also taken on record the pursis dated 11 September 2019 of the Principal Commissioner, Central Tax, Pune seeking to withdraw the Appeal.
