The grievance of the Petitioners is that though they have preferred an appeal to the High Power Committee against the orders passed by the SRA dated 26th December, 2014, his appeal is not yet heard and even his application for interim relief is not decided. 2.

This being the only grievance of the Petitioners, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Petitioners to file an application for interim relief in the appeal, and upon such an application being filed, the High Power Committee shall decide the 1 / 2

WPL. 1949-15 said application on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four thereafter. Liberty is given to the Petitioner to file such application within a week.
