DATED :- SEPTEMBER 14, 2016 P.C. :- Having heard Mr. Nedumpara and his fairly stating that the newly appointed Chairperson of the DRAT Mumbai has resumed duties from today, we would expect the learned Chairperson to consider the request to transfer the restoration application of the petitioner in O. A. No. 33 of 2013 and the proceedings to any other DRT, which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned Chairperson. If such a request is made in writing by the petitioner, we have no doubt that the learned Chairperson will give it earnest and expeditious consideration. The writ petition is disposed of with such liberty.
