The Appeal is filed by the Plaintiff - Appellant challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge dated 19th March 2014 dismissing the Notice of Motion taken by the Plaintiff. 2.

The said order was passed in a suit which was filed in 2008. No VRD

The Appeal can be conveniently disposed of by requesting the learned Single Judge to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from today. All contentions raised by the parties are kept open. It is clarified that the observations made by the learned Single Judge while disposing of the Notice of Motion are of the prima facie nature and the learned Single Judge shall not be influenced by those observations while deciding the Suit.
