Inasmuch as physical possession of the secured asset is due to be taken tomorrow, we only grant liberty to the Petitioner to take out appropriate Application in the Securitization Application of the Petitioner which is stated to be pending before the DRT, and to mention the same before DRT for seeking appropriate ad-interim relief. 2.

We record the statement of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Bank that somebody on behalf of the Respondent-Bank will remain present tomorrow i.e. 26-07-2019 at 11 a.m. before the DRT. 3.
