Perused the Report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 may kindly be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,100/- towards costs, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per final statement of accounts within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper from the date of preparing final statement of the accounts;

(b)That the cost of and incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2 may be directed to deposit the same in the Office of the Court Receiver"; 2.

The Plaintiffs shall pay the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
