Respondent no.2 has also entered appearance. Respondent no.1, though served on 26th June 2015, has not entered appearance or filed any reply. Respondent no.2 has also not filed any reply.

Therefore, notice made absolute against both the respondents. Steps to be taken by the applicant for execution within four weeks from today.
