1] My attention is invited to the order dated 21.09.2021 passed in Notice of Motion No.13/2021 filed under Section 17 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909, filed by the SVC Co-Op. Bank Limited, seeking leave to act in furtherance of the measures taken under the provisions of SARFAESI Act, in respect of the property of the Insolvent, being exclusively mortgaged in favour of the Bank. By the said order, Notice of Motion was allowed and the Bank was directed to apprise the Official Assignee of the steps taken from time to time as regards sale of the flat.
