Learned Advocate for the plaintiffs and defendants state that though the parties have proposed a settlement in Testamentary Suit No.87 of 2008 and draft consent terms are prepared, the same are not yet finalised. They further state that if any consent terms are prepared and sought to be tendered, a draft thereof would be

YBG 21-cst-97-18 furnished to applicants Advocate seven days in advance. It is further stated that even if any settlement takes place such settlement cannot be finally arrived at without involving the applicant and taking her signature on the consent terms. The statement is accepted. In view of this statement made by learned Counsel for the plaintiffs and defendants, I am not inclined to grant any further reliefs in this chamber summons. Chamber summons is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
