Mr. Sen, the learned Senior Counsel for the plaintiff, on instructions, submits that the plaintiff is not averse to grant unconditional leave to the defendant to defend the suit.

In view of the aforesaid statement, unconditional leave is granted to the defendant to defend the suit.

The defendant shall file written statement within a period of 30 days.
