The learned advocate for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1714 of 2009 and learned senior advocate for petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1715 of 2009 are present.

The objection of the respondents is that now the matters can be dealt with by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) in view of the Notification dated 21st November, 2022.

In view of that, the present writ petitions are transferred to the Tribunal.

The Registry shall take immediate steps to transfer these writ petitions to the Tribunal.

The parties shall appear before the Tribunal on 8th March, 2023.

The writ petitions are filed in the year 2009. It is the case of the petitioners that by virtue of Notification dated 21st November, 2022, the writ petitions are required to be transferred to the Tribunal.

We request the Tribunal to consider the pendency of the writ petitions from the year 2009 and, if it is otherwise possible, endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, within six months from the date of appearance of the parties.

8.

The writ petitions stand disposed of as transferred to the Tribunal.
