This application is for discharge of Official Liquidator, who came to be appointed pursuant to order dated 16th March, 2018. This order was set aside in appeal by an order dated 3rd May, 2018 and the company was directed to approach the Single Judge for appropriate orders for discharge of Official Liquidator.

A petition is filed in NCLT against the company under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and has been admitted on 31st August, 2018 and moratorium granted.

In view of the above, I see no reason why Official Liquidator should continue in the matter. Official Liquidator accordingly stands discharged.

Application also stand disposed.
