After arguing for some time on Notice of Motion (L) No. 1542 of 2017, the appellant submits that in place of the relief claimed in the Notice of Motion, further proceedings pending before the learned Single Judge in Suit No. 965 of 2011 be ordered to be stayed.

Having considered the submissions made by the appellant as also the learned counsel for the respondent, we stay the further proceedings of suit till the appeal is finally decided. 4.
