By this notice of motion, the petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 14 days in filing arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent no.1 that the delay is not properly explained in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. 3.
I have perused the affidavit in support of the notice of motion. The petitioner has recorded the reasons in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the affidavit in support explaining the delay which in my view is satisfactorily explained. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, delay of 14 days in filing the arbitration petition is condoned. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to remove all other office objections within two weeks from today. If is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If all the office objections are removed within two weeks from today and if the petition is numbered, place the matter on board for admission on 6th April, 2016. [R.D. DHANUKA, J.]
