By an order dated 8th February 2018 in Company Petition No.792 of 2015, respondent-company Fourcee Infrastructure Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has been ordered to be wound up. Therefore, all the other petitions are disposed accordingly with liberty to approach the official liquidator with a Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
37.ca.26.2018.cp.663.2014==.doc proof of debt. The official liquidator shall consider the same in accordance with law.
All petitioners are granted liberty to approach this Court for revival of their respective petitions/further orders in case the order dated 8th February 2018 in Company Petition No. 792 of 2015 is recalled or set aside in appeal.
All company applications also stand disposed. The Ex-directors shall file the statement of affairs within 21 days prescribed under Section 454(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 (the said Act) unless extended for the reasons to be recorded by the official liquidator in case he decides to grant extension therefor as per Section 454(3) of the said Act.
