Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) Delay of 15 days in filing this Application may be condoned.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the order of dismissal dated 20th June, 2014 for non compliance of office objection in Company Petition No. 323 of

Nitin 981-CA-11-2015 2014 and further be pleased to restore the Company Petition No. 323 of 2014 to file".

The above Petition is accepted and made returnable on 16th February, 2015.

A copy of the above Petition shall be served on the Respondent on or before 7th February, 2015 by hand delivery by the Advocate for the Petitioner, failing which the above Petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
