The applicant was employee of the respondent company and has filed the present application under Section 446(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 for filing Admiralty suit against the respondent company in order to enforce maritime lien in favour of the applicant and to recover the salary due to the applicant.

2. In view of the above and facts mentioned in the affidavit in support of the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
