Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no objection, if the Court Receiver is discharged and agrees to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of such charges. The petitioner shall also pay the costs of Rs.3000/- towards the costs of this application to the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from today.
