On behalf of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority ("SRA") we note the statement that the Petitioners' eligibility documents are under scrutiny and the process will be completed within four weeks from today.

The outcome of the eligibility process one way or the other will address the concerns in the Petition.

If the Petitioners are found eligible, they will be entitled to all the benefits of rehabilitation including transit rent from the date of delivery of possession or transit accommodation, execution of Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement ("PAAA") and allotment by lottery of a rehab tenement. If they are ineligible, they will not receive these benefits.

No further orders are required in this Petition. 5.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
