By this report, the Court Receiver seeks discharge in view of the petitioner not having lodged of the orders dated 30th March, 2009 and 10th June, 2011 thereby appointing the Court Receiver for enforcement of the said order till the date of filing of this report. 3.

Since the petitioner has not taken any steps for enforcement of the order passed by this Court as far back as on 30th March, 2011, the Court Receiver is discharged. 4.

The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.9100/- in the office of the Court Receiver towards the costs, charges and 1/2

crr436-15 expenses of the Court Receiver and also to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- towards the costs of this application within two weeks from today. 5.

The office of the Court Receiver is directed to convey this order to the advocates representing the petitioner. 6.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
