The parties are served by the office of the Court Receiver. A perusal of the record indicates that though the Court Receiver came to be appointed by an order dated 27th January, 2015, the petitioner has not applied for enforcement of the said order by lodging a copy thereof along with petition with the office of the Court Receiver. 2.

I, therefore, pass the following order :- a).

The petitioner is directed to deposit the expenses, fees and charges of the Court Receiver along with a sum of Rs.3000/- towards the costs of this application within two weeks from the date of communication of the charges, fees and expenses of the Court 1/2

crr438-15 Receiver. The Court Receiver is directed to convey this order upon the petitioner expeditiously.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
