---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 5.2.2018 P.C.:- Further to the order dated 16.1.2018, Mr.Mendon appearing for Iron Mountain India Pvt. Ltd. states that they have addressed a letter today to the Official Liquidator stating that there are about 134 boxes of documents belonging to the company in liquidation and they can hand over boxes to the Official Liquidator any time. Deputy Official Liquidator states that the documents can be delivered to the registered office of the company in liquidation and he will inform Iron Mountain India Pvt. Ltd. the date and time at which KJ

The Administrator and the ex-director can take inspection of the documents for filing of annual returns and statement of affairs, respectively.

Mr.Mendon states that Mr.Shahezad Kazi will file Vakalatnama on behalf of Iron Mountain India Pvt. Ltd., by tomorrow i.e., 6.2.2018. Statement accepted.

In view of the above order, Company Application No.25 of 2017 and Company Application No.582 of 2016 stand disposed. COMPANY APPLICATION NO.30 OF 2017 Stand over to 12.2.2018.
