The learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that the 24 post-dated cheques mentioned in the schedule to the Consent Terms have been received from the Defendant. The undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 3.

The suit and the pending Summons for Judgment stand disposed in terms of the above consent terms.

Refund of court fees as per Rules. The Application for refund of court fees is dispensed with.
