The Judge's Order in this matter was signed on 30.7.2015 based on a Joint Affidavit dated 7.7.2015. The name of the deponent in the Affidavit, Judge's Order as well as School Leaving Certificate dated 6.4.2015 is "Shahina Shaikh". The certificate of balance issued by the Accounts Office, however, contains an error. It records the first name of beneficiary as "Shajina". Accordingly, the Accounts Office is directed to make correction in the name of beneficiary, who was then minor and who has since attended the majority.

 *2* 5-JO-191-2015.doc In the circumstances, if the Fixed Deposit Receipt issued by the State Bank of Hyderabad mentions the name of beneficiary as 'Shajina', the same shall also be got corrected by the Accounts Office to read "Shahina Shaikh"
