This application is for restoration of the petition that came to be dismissed on 10.06.2014. The counsel for the respondent-company strongly opposes the application.

I have considered the averments in the affidavit in support and in my view the delay has to be condoned and the petition should be restored. In the circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The petition is restored to file. The application stands disposed accordingly.
