Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of these petitions, the Petitioners have received communication dated 8th February 2017 from Respondent nos.4 and 5 school. According to Petitioners, as per the said communication, the Petitioners have to submit a consent letter for being appointed as Assistant Teacher. He also submits that the said letter has been addressed to the Petitioner on the basis of communication dated 21st January 2017 issued by Municipal Corporation.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the petition by directing Respondent nos.2 to 5 to take further appropriate steps in pursuance to the aforesaid communications dated 8th February 2017 and 21st January 2017 in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible. The decision, as aforesaid, be taken in respect to the Petitioners' claim within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
