The Petition seeks an order under Clause XIV of the Letters Patent to combine the cause of action in infringement of copyright with the cause of action regarding cancellation of an agreement said to be void. This is in respect of two motion pictures described in paragraph 1(a) of the Petition.

Having regard to the averments in the Petition, I believe leave should be granted. Leave granted.
