In respect of subject matter of the petition, Civil Suit was filed by the petitioner bearing Long Cause Suit No. 298 of 1988, which came to be dismissed on 21/3/20017. The First Appeal No. 1808 of 2017, along with Civil Application No. 2282 of 2007, has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the dismissal of the Suit and the same is pending before this court.

Keeping all contentions open in the aforesaid proceedings, petition is disposed of.
