This chamber summons is filed seeking direction to implead the Applicant herein as party Respondent in the writ petition. Since action which is impugned in the writ petition is taken at the instance of Applicant, her presence would be necessary for effectual disposal of the writ petition. In that view of the matter and for the reasons given in the affidavit, we allow this chamber summons in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendments within the period of two weeks from today and serve copy of the petition on the added Respondent.
