On 13th December 2021 at 12 noon, the Petitioner will visit the site in question, i.e. the locked shed. The ofÏcers of MHADA, the 2nd Respondent, will remain present on site at that time. They will unlock the shed in question. The Petitioner will identify his educational materials that he says are in a locked cupboard in that shed. These identified materials will be handed over to the Petitioner immediately on site.

So far as the Petitioner's application for being allotted some plot is concerned, we are informed that by the order dated 8th March 2021, this has been decided and rejected. It is stated that a general application like this for allotment of some plot cannot be entertained. If the Petitioner makes submission for a particular plot, the Collector will consider whether the application can or cannot be accepted and will do so on its own merits.

Nothing further survives in the Petition. It is disposed of in these terms. There will be no orders as to costs. 4.
